The Embassy of Pakistan Tokyo organized Pakistan Human Resource Seminar in Nagoya, Aichi Ken Japan.

(Tokyo, June 10, 2024): The Embassy of Pakistan Tokyo organized Pakistan Human Resource Seminar in Nagoya, Aichi Ken Japan today to promote Pakistani manpower. Aichi Ken (Prefecture) is at the top   among 47 Prefectures of Japan in  accepting foreign workers under TITP & SSW. The seminar was attended by a large number of Japanese employers and Pakistani sending agencies (OEPs).

The participants were briefed about Pakistan and Pakistani manpower. Vice President JITCO presented manpower shortage situation in Japan and their solutions.

Managing Director Overseas Employment Corporation Pakistan (OECP) and other representatives of other OEPs briefed participants about their preparation on Japan in dispatching trainees and skilled workers.

Ambassador Raza Bashir Tarar addressed the participants in Japanese language to highlight the importance of Japanese language learning in the entire process of workers’ dispatch to Japan. He appreciated the efforts made by OEPs and thanked Japanese companies which have accepted or are preparing to accept Pakistani workers.

At the end of the Seminar, participants exchanged their contacts to coordinate further. The Embassy of Pakistan Tokyo is considering to conduct Pakistan Human Resource Expo in Japan in collaboration with OEC and other OEPs in the coming months.
