Tokyo: Mr. Shoaib Karim, an intern which NEC Corporation had taken aboard for four months for a trainee assignment, made his maiden participation in METI Global Internship Program.
Continuing the promotion of talented youth from Pakistan, Ambassador Farukh Amil congratulated Mr. Shoaib Karim and thanked NEC Corporation for supporting his initiative- an effort to invest in the next generation of Pakistani youth through educational and cultural exchanges as well as leadership programmes. The Ambassador shared that such initiatives would develop human resources that could serve a bridge of strengthening economic cooperation and developing business between Japan and its development partner countries. He hoped that Mr. Shoaib Karim after completing his training returns to Pakistan with global corporate skills and be capable enough to be part of the future global leaders team.
