The Embassy of Pakistan, Tokyo marked the Kashmir Solidarity Day.

(Tokyo, February 5, 2024): The Embassy of Pakistan, Tokyo marked the Kashmir Solidarity Day today.

Pakistani community members, Kashmiris as well as Japanese media persons attended the event. Syed Faiz Naqshbandi, Convener All Parties Hurriyat Conference joined the event virtually.

The Ambassador read out the messages of Pakistani leadership on the occasion. In his remarks, he highlighted the continuous atrocities being committed by Indian occupation forces in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK). He expressed Pakistan’s full support for the Kashmir cause. He also underlined Pakistan’s firm support for Palestinians.

Earlier in the day, the members of the Pakistani community and Kashmiris, with banners and placards in hands, held protests in front of the United Nations Office and Indian Embassy in Tokyo.

A photographic exhibition was also organized at the Chancery.
