Tokyo (15th September, 2013): Embassy of Pakistan arranged a get-together and dinner event for Pakistani students in coordination with Pakistan Students Association of Japan (PSAJ), here on Sunday. More than 60 students belonging to different universities of Japan participated. The event was held to bid farewell to the students who completed their Ph. D and Masters degrees and welcome the new-comers.
Ambassador Farukh Amil speaking on the occasion called upon the new-comers to work hard in learning cutting-edge technologies from Japan. Urging the departing students the Ambassador strongly requested them to apply the knowledge and expertise they had learnt in Japan in their respective fields in Pakistan to make it a modern technology- based, developed and prosperous country. During the event new-comers introduced themselves whereas the outgoing ones shared their different experiences of living here in Japan.
