Tokyo: In continuing efforts to boost trade and business ties between Pakistan and Japan, Ambassador Farukh Amil (فاروق عامل) and Vice President Pakistan-Japan Business Forum Mr. Kalim Faroouqi called on President and CEO Mr. Yuji Izawa of the Tokyo Metropolitan Small & Medium Enterprises Support Centre (TMSMEs), which was established in 1966 and serves 30,000 SMEs businesses providing over 70,000 business consultations annually. CEO Mr. Izawa was accompanied by his senior team. Discussion also focused on bridge-building with SME organizations in Pakistan and the critical requirement to provide support for SMEs of the two countries in the profitable Joint Venture format.
