A business seminar to market Expo Pakistan-2015 – Opportunities Unlimited, in collaboration with METI, JETRO and JPBCC, was held at the Pakistan Embassy.
Ambassador Farukh Amil (فاروق عامل) in his welcome address informed that Expo Pakistan-2015 is aimed at enhancing the country’s exports by organizing a comprehensive display of diverse Pakistani products and bringing together representatives of leading chain stores and international buyers, all under one roof. He urged the Japanese companies to personally visit Expo Pakistan-2015. Commercial Counselor said that Expo Pakistan is an ideal market place in Pakistan and serves the purpose of exporters from all segments of industry.
Guest speakers, from leading Japanese public and private sector, gave detailed presentations on business opportunities presented by Pakistan. They shared experience of their visits to Pakistan that not only raised awareness about Pakistan and its market, but resulted in generating greater interest and recommendations to other Japanese entrepreneurs.
The participating companies showed keen interest and asked questions on several issues. The Expo Pakistan-2015 Manual and other promotional material was provided to the participants.
