Following the 120th General Meeting of Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI), Ambassador Farukh Amil (فاروق عامل) met with Chairman JCCI Mr. Akio Mimura. The Ambassador was warmly greeted by Chairman JCCI who expressed his appreciation of the Pakistan mangoes describing them as the “most delicious in the world”. Taking this opportunity the Ambassador reiterated his request to the Chairman to highlight to the JCCI’s extensive and influential membership across Japan a number of important upcoming events in Pakistan which included Expo-14 (Karachi) and Investment Conference (Islamabad). The Ambassador also reiterated the importance of finding a formula to ease the tariffs on Pakistani textiles.
