Tokyo: (07-01-2016)): Ambassador Farukh Amil called on the Honourable Speaker of the House of Representatives Mr. Tadamori Oshima to discuss matters of mutual interests today. The Honourable Speaker in warmly reciprocating, highlighted the long heritage of ties between the two countries and welcomed Pakistan’s efforts to achieve economic progress and regional peace. The Ambassador apprised the Speaker on the Honourable Prime Minister’s commitment to developing democracy, the policy of ‘Peaceful Neighbourhood’ and the Pakistan Government’s commitment to ensure inter-civilizational harmony.
