(8 January 2016) Ambassador Farukh Amil and Consular and Community Affairs Officer Mr. Adnan Javaid attended the Minato New Year’s Reception hosted by Mr. Masaaki Takei, the Mayor of Minato City, held at Tokyo Prince Hotel, which was attended by large number of people including Diplomats and Government officials.
Ambassador met with both Mayor Masaaki Takei and Deputy Mayor Mr. Akira Oyaizu and friendly bilateral relationship between two countries was recalled positively. Ambassador thanked the Mayor for continued support for the Embassy. The Mayor appreciated the Ambassador’s effort to promote the bilateral ties.
